Believe it or not bloggeronies Mr White Bread himself Pat Boone did a cover album of classic metal songs in 1997...and also believe it or not the thing reached #125 on the Billboard Album charts due to people having a geeky curiousity to hear this monstrosity...yes classics by GnR, Dio, Van Halen, AC/DC, Alice Cooper and others was butchered by Mr Boone in a jazz/big band style...imagine all the Holy Rollers that love Boone when this thing came out? Pat Boone embracing the dark side? Well i must admit its now a tie between Dee Dee King, Mike Love and Pat Boone for Worst Frickin Album Old Man Robb Had The Damn Displeasure of Listening To....and that is saying something!!!
